As an Associate Planning Technology Consultant, you will work on design, definition, and implementation projects and consulting assignments of business planning technology solutions for our customers. Your duties may include requirements definition, technical configuration and modeling, as well as maintenance and small development tasks for the customer’s existing solutions as a part of our Intito CARE service.

You get to develop our customers’ company performance management processes and apply your knowledge in a wide range of fields with professional colleagues and leading companies in Europe. In practice, this means improving our customers’ financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes with the help of modern AI-infused technologies. Our customers can struggle with rigid, laborious, slow and error-prone manual processes which pose a risk of falling behind the pace of the business, jeopardizing agility, growth and compliance with increasing regulatory demands. Even in many projects we also advise customers on their planning and forecasting process, financial architecture and finance steering model in broader sense, the career path to this kind of strategic advisory goes through demonstrating strong competence in both subject matter expertise and the efficient and forerunning utilization of technology within the office of finance.

To be successful in this role, you have education and work experience in finance or with financial technology, and hands-on interest in using business planning technology. You enjoy working with customers and immersing yourself in customer projects and assignments. You can communicate fluently with the management and financial experts of customer organizations. You are able to quickly understand the customer’s business and finance processes and form a picture of the customer’s needs. Your good interaction and cooperation skills help us and our customers to achieve the jointly agreed goals leading to common success. Your location may be in Helsinki, Tampere, Oulu, or Joensuu, or remote in Finland. The position is full-time and permanent. The work will start flexibly according to our mutual agreement.
