As a Data & AI Lead, you will work in a leading role ensuring our competence, offering and business development, when it comes to transforming customers’ business landscape with Data and AI. Our offering includes services and solutions from advanced analytics and optimization to seamless data integration and robust data management often within the context of Corporate Performance Management. You know how to ramp up a business, how to transform customers Data & AI strategy, and what it takes to succeed in that no matter if we are talking about advisory, concepts, sales/presales, or competence enablement. You will not only drive the market as a thought-leader, but also challenge our own thinking and show us the path forward.

Your job can also include implementing and developing advanced analytics solutions for our customers. Depending on your motivation, expertise, and experience, this could mean for example:

• Data transformation and data transformation advisory
• Data solution architecture
• End-to-end Data Science consulting and advisory projects
• Implementing and developing time series forecasting and outlier detection solutions

To be successful in this role, you may have, for example, Data Engineering or Data Science training and work experience, and an interest in utilizing Data & AI technologies in Corporate Performance Management and other contexts. You enjoy working with customers, challenging them, and immersing yourself in customer projects and assignments, but you are equally keen on leading and influencing our offering and competence development. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting others in the organization to make them succeed in their work too. You can communicate fluently with the management, technology, and financial experts of customer organizations. You are able to quickly understand the customer’s business and form a picture of the customer’s needs. Your good interaction and cooperation skills help us and our customers to achieve the jointly agreed goals leading to common success.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Relevant work experience within Data & AI landscape, and preferably in a consulting role
• Data Engineering (e.g. Python, SQL, ETL, Git, CI/CD, application development) or Data Science skills (e.g. statistics, machine learning, operations research, linear programming)
• Willingness and readiness to adopt new technologies
• Interest in or knowledge of financial or any other business area planning, analysis and reporting methods and processes
• Interest in acting as an evangelist in the field and working as a consultant
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

Seen as a bonus:

• Knowledge of any cloud platform (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google) or cloud-based Data Science and Machine Learning platforms
• Knowledge of for example IBM Cloud, Watsonx, Watson Studio, Watson Machine Learning, Planning Analytics, Cognos Analytics, SPSS Modeler Flow and/or CPLEX

Your location can be in Stockholm or remote in Sweden. The position is full-time and permanent. The work will start flexibly according to our mutual agreement.
