As an ESG Reporting Consultant, you will work on design, definition, and implementation projects and consulting assignments of sustainability reporting solutions for our customers. Your duties can include advisory, requirements definition, technical configuration, modeling of solution’s technical architecture, as well as maintenance and small development tasks for the customer’s existing solutions.

You get to develop our customers’ ESG reporting processes according to standards such as CSRD and ESRS and apply your knowledge in a wide range of fields with professional colleagues and leading companies in the Nordic countries. The role may also include helping our customers with financial close and reporting if this is of interest to you or you have special expertise in this area.

To be successful in this role, you may ha sustainability, economics or accounting training and work experience and interest in utilizing technologies like IBM Planning Analytics and Certent Disclosure Management. You enjoy working with customers and immersing yourself in customer projects and assignments. You can communicate fluently with the financial, sustainability, and communications experts of customer organizations. You are able to understand the customer’s business quickly and form a picture of the customer’s needs. Your good interaction and cooperation skills help us and our customers to achieve the jointly agreed goals leading to common success.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Relevant work experience in sustainability, finance, accounting and/or auditing, and preferably in a consulting role
• Knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, and/or ESG reporting
• Experience with reporting technologies, for example: IBM Planning Analytics, Certent Disclosure Management
• Proficient skills in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Willingness and readiness to adopt new technologies
• Interest in working as a consultant and implementing solutions for our customers
• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Nordic language skills (e.g. Norwegian, Swedish)
• Eye for visual layouts and details, and precise way of working
• Expertise double materiality assessment and emission calculations

Your location may be in Oslo or in remote parts of Norway. The position is full-time and permanent. The work will start flexibly according to our mutual agreement.
